The trays for parents and children as well as a large storage bin and a three-tiered canopy that has a windows that peek out at the sun provide maximum protection.
The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to the fact that it has a thin seat made of hard plastic and a design which feels dated. It is also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This is a bad option for those seeking the cheapest option.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS
Jeep Destination Ultralight is a lightweight double stroller with a minimalist design that's perfect for trips. It's super light at just 18lbs (lighter than some single strollers!) It folds flat, making it easy to transport and store. It also features independently reclining seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with peekaboo windows and extra-large storage bags underneath the seat. The visors can be adjusted to accommodate children of different heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake and is Disney-size approved.
The swivel wheels on the Jeep are also awesome to maneuver over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at least six months old and have a good neck control to be able to ride in the front seat. The stroller does have three panels of sun canopy, and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.
Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's a little heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus at 23 lbs, but it's amazingly slim and narrow (26.5 inches wide!)
